In many roles, mastering the fundamentals of corporate finance becomes inevitable. The International Certificate in Corporate Finance (ICCF) is the international reference certificate in corporate finance, offered in French, English, Chinese, and Spanish. This online certificate, delivered in its French version by HEC Paris and First Education Online, allows you to acquire the keys to finance at your own pace. It draws inspiration from MOOC pedagogy and is designed to meet the needs for understanding and action of a wide audience concerned with the financial decisions of the company, from an internal or external perspective.

This course will introduce you to the key concepts, considerations, and operational tools in these areas. It will enable you to think rationally about these subjects, have the necessary information to make sound decisions, or provide valuable advice.
Financial analysis aims to diagnose the past to understand the present and attempt to forecast the future. The objective of this first course is to provide a clear, simple, and effective methodology for conducting financial analyses independently and making relevant diagnoses of companies' financial situations.
The goal of this course is to present the main methods of valuing a company, the complex aspects they entail, how they can be combined, and what their potentially different results can tell us about the company's situation.
Now that you have a clear understanding of the company's situation and its value, thanks to financial analysis and valuation, you are equipped to participate in financial decision-making within the company.
