Learning methods & Evaluations
An initial overall assessment in the form of a multiple-choice questionnaire (QCM) is conducted before the training to assess the participants' expectations and levels. The pedagogy of this training is based on a wide variety of learning situations: practical cases, discussions, challenges, case studies, exercises, group work. Each skill is assessed through formative evaluations (practical cases, exercises) throughout the training. A summative evaluation in the form of a multiple-choice questionnaire (QCM) is organized at the end of the course to measure the learning outcomes of the training.
