The program is aimed at managers, executives and future executives who need to manage their business by effectively leading remote teams, sometimes on an international scale.
Prerequisites and Admission Criteria
Demonstrate 5 years of professional experience as an executive, leader, manager, etc.

Identify and push your limits to enhance the performance and well-being of your remote teams. This module helps you gain deeper self-awareness and draws on numerous examples from astronauts, the GIGN, and leading companies.
Teaching Methods and Assessment Modalities
The effectiveness of this teaching method limits the size of the group and requires high quality of mental presence (100% "reinforced face-to-face"). It is based on regularly used in other HEC Paris courses with participants from all continents: executive education custom programmes, global executive coaching, grande école, etc.
