Executives working in banks and financial institutions, entrepreneurs and business leaders, management controllers, treasurers, risk managers, auditors, accountants, and legal experts.
Prerequisites and Admission Criteria
It is necessary to have a minimum level of knowledge in accounting, especially regarding the various financial statements of the company: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, as well as sufficient knowledge of financial analysis and business valuation.

This module, a true "toolbox of equity financing," will help you master the issues and limits of the main forms of business financing (equity, debt, hybrid securities), as well as LBO transactions and mergers and acquisitions operations.
