“Women Leadership” is an executive education program curated for women who have experience of leadership and want to move to the next level in their organisations. The program is designed to be highly interactive and participative, thereby enabling women to develop strategies to strengthen their leadership capability and hone their skills in leading high-performing teams and organisations. The program is designed around the “Take the Lead” leadership canvas, providing a foundation from which women can assess their strengths as they build their leadership journeys.

Women with leadership experience moving into senior roles within multinationals, family businesses, or non-profit organisations. This course is particularly relevant for individuals leading teams with diverse backgrounds and working across different regions.

5 years' professional experience as an executive, director, manager, etc.

Teaching Methods and Assessment Modalities
This highly interactive program provides opportunities for participants to access the latest research and practice new behaviours and skills that support them in their leadership growth. The program has a strong experiential focus and features different frameworks, role plays, case studies, keynote speakers, and guided personal application of the concepts and frameworks.
