Learning methods & Evaluations
An original experiential teaching method that integrates various learning levers: Experimentation is at the heart of the teaching, with participants training in executive coaching scenarios. Conceptual contributions are presented using participatory practices to accelerate understanding. Numerous practical training sessions are conducted in “aquarium” or sub-group formats.
ASSESSMENT METHODS:
- Final certification exam:
1. Submission of a thesis and defense in 4 parts:
- My personal transformation
- My professional project
- Applied research topic related to coaching
- Analysis of the application mission - Coaching session in front of a jury with feedback
