Fees and financing

The fees for the 2025 non-residential edition of the Youth Leadership Initiative are €1,950.

This includes the following:

• full tuition fees
• daily lunch
• program certificate

This does not include the following:

• €30 application fee
• transportation to and from campus at program start/ close
• accommodation during the program
• medical, civil and repatriation insurance (required for program attendance)
• anything not listed as included

This application fee will be waived for past participants of an HEC Paris Youth Program and for students who have a parent or grandparent who attended HEC Paris.

Scholarship Details for 2025

A limited number of merit-based scholarships of €200 are available. To be considered for a scholarship, please also submit a personal statement in the Essays section of your application file before the deadline. In exceptional cases this scholarship may be doubled. 

Details of Reductions for 2025

The application fee is waived and a 10% reduction on our academic fees granted​​​​​ for the following groups of people:

• HEC Paris alumni, their children or grandchildren
• Former participants of the HEC Paris Youth Programs
• Siblings of a current HEC Paris student

Please note that any reductions are not combinable.
