Executive coaching, beyond traditional individual coaching programs, is a true journey of transformation. It is through experimentation, meaningful encounters, and spaces for reflection that answers emerge to the questions we pose about our professional dynamics and our contributions to society.
Learning methods & Evaluations
An original experiential teaching method that integrates various learning levers: Experimentation is at the heart of the teaching, with participants training in executive coaching scenarios. Conceptual contributions are presented using participatory practices to accelerate understanding. Numerous practical training sessions are conducted in “aquarium” or sub-group formats.
ASSESSMENT METHODS:
- Mid-term Assessment (mid-course):
- Individual written assignment: a summary paper on coaching identity
- Knowledge evaluation
- Practical exam: a coaching session - Final Certification Exam:
1. Submission of a thesis and a four-part defense:
- My personal transformation
- My professional project
- Applied research topic related to coaching
- Analysis of the applied mission
2. Coaching session in front of a jury with feedback
