Lead campus advanced management program Lead campus advanced management program

Africa faces multiple challenges, including geopolitical, economic, technological, environmental, and social issues. One of the major challenges for the continent is to create jobs for the 10 to 12 million young people who enter the job market each year. Africa therefore needs efficient (small, medium, and large) and sustainable businesses that integrate geopolitical, environmental, and social perspectives: anticipating ongoing changes means anticipating major risks for these businesses and conducting their activities in a responsible and sustainable manner. Managing businesses responsibly is a prerequisite and a condition for long-term survival, but it is urgent to go further: it is about profoundly transforming existing businesses and their economic models to create a positive impact, or creating businesses from the outset whose goal is to solve problems. Such transformations require transformational leadership from leaders and managers.
