Executive Short Program

Doing business in a complex world Doing business in a complex world

Headlines about the global business environment snowballing into a radically different reality because of complex and interrelated geopolitical, political, societal, and technological transformations are legion. The consensus that business-as-usual is unlikely tenable is growing in this context of “polycrisis”, a term that is commonly used in business forums like Davos. But the concrete implications for doing business seem far less clear-cut. This course empowers participants to identify how today’s most salient trends may be disrupted in the foreseeable future and to transform their companies and adjust to changing global realities accordingly.
