Learning methods
The learning methods revolve around the academic content taught at HEC Paris, the observation of the best practices of international companies, as well as the testimonials of the participants and their own professional experiences. This certificate is completed by a performance improvement action project, which is directly applicable to the participant's company. This is an individual project that will be presented to a jury. The participants will have a complete toolbox to pilot performance at their disposal.
