Teaching Methods and Assessment Modalities
A series of interactive sequences that allow each person to test themselves in unfamiliar contexts, in order to discover themselves and others. The program combines lectures, group work, workshops and individual research.
The essential skills that leaders need are developed in real-life conditions, using an interactive and dynamic training approach. The substance and form of the exchanges between participants are an integral part of the program. Meetings between peers and benevolent feedback from the other participants play a significant role in the learning process.
We highly recommended staying at HEC Paris le Château during the program and to apply for accommodation when you register. This greatly enhances the benefits and impact of the program.
