A choice of two electives from more than ten options, and representing 4 days of training
Business Game: based on redefining the notion of a business model, and roleplaying leading a strategic business unit in an interactive competitive environment. This game is a strategy and management simulation that integrates all the major challenges facing an international company.
Capitalization
The program is eligible for capitalization towards the Global Executive Master In Management (GEMM) Majeure Strategic Management Abidjan.

Participant Profile
Even the best strategy will fail if it is not implemented effectively. In fact, around 70% of excellent strategies fail today because they are not executed efficiently. The aim of this certificate is therefore to help you master and implement the management practices, steering tools and key success factors that will enable you to execute of your company's strategy successfully.
Prerequisites and Admission Criteria
Our certificate is designed for all executives, leaders, and functional or operational managers with at least 5 years of professional experience.
