HEC’s EMBA Degree Continues to Rank Among World’s Top

The Executive MBA Ranking 2022 published today by the Financial Times keeps the HEC Paris Executive MBA firmly in the Top 5 in one of the most highly regarded global rankings. The EMBA is joined in the Top Ten by the Trium Global EMBA, ranked sixth this year.

“It is immensely gratifying to know that ours is continually recognized among the world’s very best Executive MBA programs.” The Interim Associate Dean MBA Programs and HEC Dean of Degree Programs, Kristine de Valck insisted on the enduring quality of the business school’s world-class training for executive students who continue to enroll for its program. “This underlines the extent to which our alumni make a lasting impact.”

This year’s FT EMBA ranking saw HEC’s program ranked in fourth place after its remarkable top showing in 2021. The difference between the top four schools, however, continues to be minimal and is essentially explained by the strong showings of the top three in the current salary category, which is heavily weighted in the overall calculation. HEC can be satisfied by its progress in terms of its ESG ranking, cosmopolitan diversity and international course experience. “This underlines that our graduates are capable, inspiring, conscientious leaders, driving positive transformation across industries, cultures, and geographies,” said De Valck.

Meanwhile, the Trium Global Executive MBA, bringing together HEC Paris with LSE and NYU Stern, maintained its outstanding track record with a Top 10 position for the 21st consecutive year.

“The EMBA journey has brought me as much development as it has learning,” Emma Kearney told Poets&Quants For Executives. According to Joshua Carless, it was the global reach of the program which made his experience memorable: “My learning journey has taken me to France, Saudi Arabia and the US. I have already deployed many of the practical learnings and different perspectives into my daily work.” For the Executive Director at Banque Centrale Populaire in Morocco, Mounya Dinar, it is the EMBA’s agility which marks it out: “Regardless of your previous career path and future ambitions, this multidisciplinary program gives you the knowledge and practical tools to develop new skills, succeed in a new role within your company, or move to a new industry or country.”
