Five HEC Masters Lead the Way in 2023 QS Rankings

Five of HEC’s flagship programs are among the 2023 QS World University Rankings Top 5 Master’s in the latest classification released today. Three of the programs rank first in what is regarded as one of the three most influential university rankings in the world.

The Master in Strategic Management, Master in Marketing and Master in International Finance (MiF) top their respective tables in the 2023 rankings published today. The latter is an HEC first and consecrates a remarkable year for the staff and students of the MiF, after the Financial Times ranked it world’s best in its category (for the 11th time in 12 years, no less). Over 600 Business Masters programs were included in this ranking and almost 28,000 alumni were evaluated. The QS MiF category is all the tougher in that, at its heart, are Employer, Alumni Outcomes and Academic Reputation – three categories that are heavily weighted and need to be satisfied simultaneously. Meanwhile, both the Masters in Strategic Management and Marketing maintained the N°1 spot they earned last September, the latter being particularly strong in the Employability and Alumni Outcomes categories.

In only its second ever participation, the MSc Data Science for Business X-HEC maintains its number 3 position worldwide and number 1 spot in Europe. Finally, our MBA also keeps its number 4 spot in a ranking which considers 300 programs from 47 countries. Once again, it remains number 1 in Europe. The MBA scores particularly well in the fields of Employability, Return on Investment and Thought Leadership.
