This exclusive gathering welcomed 250 carefully selected students from the Masters, MBA, and EMBA programs, offering them an evening of insights, inspiration, and invaluable networking opportunities. Students engaged directly with McKinsey professionals, including representatives from international offices in Casablanca, Dubai, New York, and Cologne. Clarisse Magnin-Mallez: A Global Leader in Sustainability and Consumer Business

From Paris to Boston and back, Clarisse Magnin-Mallez, Managing Partner of McKinsey France, has carved a remarkable path in the consulting world. An HEC Paris graduate with a Master in Management (Grande École) and a major in entrepreneurship, Clarisse has spent her career driving transformation in consumer industries. Whether supporting luxury brands or revolutionizing agriculture, she thrives on crafting solutions that combine innovation, sustainability, and human impact.

Clarisse’s expertise spans the globe: she led McKinsey’s Consumer Division in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, co-headed the Private Equity practice for consumer sectors, and launched the firm’s Agriculture Division in France. Today, she also leads McKinsey’s global Circular Economy practice, partnering with pioneering companies to build sustainable business models.

An HEC Paris graduate with a Master in Management (Grande École), Eric plays a pivotal role in guiding clients in the retail, consumer goods, and technology sectors through their most critical business challenges, particularly in marketing and strategy.
