John Mawdsley's primary research interests seek to understand the drivers and impacts of strategy and performance in human capital intensive firms relating to those firms' professional workforce and client relationships. More generally, John is interested in topics related to strategic human capital, employee mobility, demand-side strategy, and the drivers and impacts of relational market ties.
