I teach a course entitled "Machine Learning & Environment - Innovation and regulation" to L3 students at HEC Paris. This course aims to explain the complexity of decarbonizing the modern economy, emphasizing the importance of adopting a non-Manichean approach, where changes in use and technologies can work together.

The program addresses notions such as degrowth, techno-solutionism, 'right-tech' and consumerism, while offering an overview of the different techniques at work, particularly in the fields of IT and AI. It also explores possible paths towards a more reasonable and balanced future.
