Romain Dambre is a lawyer at the New York Bar, specializing in M&A consulting. Doctor in law, graduated from HEC Paris, the Sorbonne and Yale Law School, he has written a book and several articles on corporate governance, corporate law and financial regulation. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, and general corporate matters, including corporate governance and shareholder activism.

He has been supporting the HEC Foundation for more 10 years.
