Biography

Paul's thesis focuses on organizational stigma in the academic world. More specifically, he investigates the impact of retractions of peer-reviewed articles on their authors' academic network and career trajectory.

Paul's main interests relate to organizational misconduct, its disclosure and the consequent impact on organizations' social evaluation (stigma). Paul is also involved in projects related to norm deviation, scandals and whistle-blowing.

Apart from pure academic publications, Paul regularly write opinion pieces and chapters in publications aimed at the general audience. You can read his last endeavor in Prs. Durand & Lavrard-Meyer's book, En quête de Sens (Dunod, 2022).
