Biographie

Dimitrios (Dimitris) Andritsos est professeur associé en systèmes d'information et gestion des opérations à HEC Paris. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat en gestion de l'UCLA Anderson School of Management, d'un master en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement du Massachusetts Institute of Technology et d'un master en ingénierie industrielle de l'université Purdue.

Ses recherches s'appuient sur des techniques d'analyse de données pour explorer deux grands domaines : i) la chaîne d'approvisionnement pharmaceutique, où il s'est concentré sur les opérations de fabrication et plus particulièrement sur le développement et l'impact des innovations en matière de processus de fabrication, et ii) la prestation de soins de santé, où il a étudié les questions relatives aux implications opérationnelles de la politique de santé et le rôle de la conception des processus comme moteur de soins basés sur la valeur (value-based care).

Dimitris a publié ses travaux dans des revues de gestion de premier plan et a été reconnu lors de diverses conférences universitaires à l'étranger. Il collabore régulièrement avec des centres médicaux universitaires en Europe et aux États-Unis pour améliorer l'efficacité de différents aspects de la prestation de soins. Avant d'obtenir son doctorat, Dimitris a travaillé comme consultant en chaîne logistique pour les industries des télécommunications et des produits chimiques de spécialité.

À HEC Paris, Dimitris enseigne différents cours sur la gestion des soins, des services et des opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement aux niveaux pré-expérience, MBA à temps plein et MBA exécutif et est le directeur académique de la spécialisation EMBA sur la gestion et la politique de la santé. Il a été nominé à deux reprises pour le prix HEC Paris pour l'excellence de l'enseignement dans tous les programmes.
